In middle school, the goal is for students to grasp gospel roots - learning what Christians believe, who Christians are, and who God is. A recurring theme is justification - we are only made right with God through faith in Jesus.
In Senior High, the goal is for students to grow gospel fruit - understanding and seeing how the gospel makes us into new people who love Jesus and desire to serve others. A recurring theme is sanctification - growing into the new people God has made us to be.

At IPC we value children. Please see the Child Protection Policy, which has been passed by our Session. It gives staff and volunteers helpful guidelines for how to interact with minors.
We also run federal/state background checks on all adult staff and volunteers who work in the youth ministry every two years.
In addition, all volunteers must fill out this Volunteer Application Form.
In addition to the Session-approved Child Protection Policy, we have a Student Ministry Guidelines and Procedures manual that we regularly use to train all of our staff and leaders to ensure that our interactions with students are safe and above reproach.
